The cognac has the aroma of sweet apples, and a little mint
flavor appears in the taste picture. All in all, a good cognac, but not as good as the other two. This is the cognac I like the least of these three.

In this cognac I find considerably more oak flavor than in the
last one. There is not much sweetness found in the flavor, but much oak and a more
rustic taste. This is a very good cognac, and clearly a cognac I would recommend.

This is, in my opinion, the flagship. A very good and sweet
aroma with good hints of oak. The first thing to hit the taste buds is sweetness. This is before a good, solid oak flavor takes over - and it lasts long. Clearly a job well done. Thank you!
